Place the foam sponge in the mouth and allow fluids to be absorbed
(approximately 30 to 60 seconds).

Slide the hood forward to squeeze the foam sponge and expel the oral
fluids (approximately 4 drops or 250 mL) into the sample well.

Allow the test to run for 15 minutes.
A NEGATIVE result is indicated by a
red line at substance.
A POSITIVE result is indicated by the absence of a red line at
substance.
