Rhode Island Statewide is now defaulted to a statewide felony and misdemeanor search, a county search is still available if upon specific request. Their will be no additional fees or no additional delays for this search.

Mississippi Statewide is now available with a $13 additional fee and a 7 day delay. This search will consist of all arrest and convictions for felony and misdemeanors back 7 years.

New Jersey Statewide is now available with a $18 additional fee and a 7 day delay and will consist of all felony convictions going back 7 years.

Wyoming Statewide is now available with a $17 additional fee and 7 day delay. Information will consist of all arrests and convictions for felony and misdemeanor charges going back 7 years.

In Addition:

Louisiana Worker Compensation Searches are now available for adjudicated claims, the type of data reported will consist of orders, decisions, and rewards signed by the judge. Turn-around time will be 10 to 12 days.

Canadian Criminal Searches will now have a $3 additional fee instead of $8.

Nevada - All Counties will now have an additional $7.00 fee

Their will soon be a new Canadian Criminal Availability Schedule as well as a Listing By State of all courts types of records searched on our web page.
