Alabama, Connecticut, Delaware, Iowa, Illinois, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Mississippi, North Dakota, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Vermont, Wisconsin, West Virginia, Wyoming.

The following states no longer require a Date of Birth to order a Motor Vehicle Record:

Kansas, North Carolina
