To Our Valued Clients: For ESS clients who scan and email orders to us we now have a replacement method for sending orders. It is just as convenient as emailing but it is much more secure. We have developed a new “Quick Orders” function as part our Internet Report Access System (IRAS.) It allows you to quickly attach your documents and send them to us through a secure network. Clients who have been emailing orders will now use this “Quick Orders” process. If you are not currently using IRAS we can set you up very quickly and easily. There is no charge for the service. You can download the forms from our website or ask for them from Customer Support. Beyond the “Quick Orders” feature IRAS has some additional benefits. It is a great way to check on the status of reports even as we are working on them. It also serves as a handy “storage locker” for all your active and archived reports (as well as disclosures, order forms, employment applications and resumes.) You may continue to receive report results as you are now if you like. IRAS doesn’t necessarily need to take the place of that – although it can. It’s a very convenient way to have quick access to all reports online. And IRAS is extremely easy to use. It can literally be learned in about five minutes. We think you will really like the program. By the way, we’ve also upgraded our IRAS online ordering function so you may want to consider that as well. It takes the place of a hardcopy order form. Note: Beginning April 13, 2009 our new security policy takes effect. We will no longer accept emailed documents after that date. So be sure to sign up for our IRAS program before then.
