The Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) requires this Notification be given to all users of consumer reports.  We generally provide this document to new clients and it has always been available on our client services website under The FCRA, but thought it would be a good practice to send to all clients for review.  The Notification does not include any new FCRA requirements but summarizes the existing FCRA obligations in a format prescribed by the Federal Trade Commission.
