We've redesigned our Internet System (IRAS).  It has been enhanced in several ways we think you are going to love. (1) Streamlined menus to give you quicker access to desired functions. (2) Faster performance. (3) Ability to add/view notes and to attach multiple documents to applicant files. (4) Expanded report search capabilities. (5) Direct request for ESS to handle Adverse Action and state notifications. (6) Upload function added to front end of the CGO program. (7) Powerful management report generator with the ability to export data to a variety of spreadsheet formats. (8) Upgraded Applicant Tracking System (ATS). (9) Enhanced data encryption. (10) Full screen Adobe PDF view of reports.

 

We plan on doing the data conversion over the Thanksgiving holiday.  On the following Monday everything should be in place.  Invariably, a few unforeseen things pop up whenever a major program change occurs.  We've tried to keep them to a minimum.  You should find the benefits of the new features far outweigh any slight growing pains you may experience.
