ESS Client Survey Results

Thanks to all our clients who participated in our recent online customer survey.
 
The information you provided assists us in better understanding all your employment screening needs and how we can improve in certain areas.

More than 95% of those surveyed rated our customer service and reports as "Good" to "Excellent."  We are very pleased with this number and are glad you appreciate our efforts. 

One area we're always looking to improve is turn around time.  10.8% of you felt that our turnaround time was "Adequate" and 1.3% rated it as "Poor."  Although there are some things beyond our control when it comes to completing reports (waiting for employers to respond to our inquiries, courts that don't allow direct access to criminal records, etc.), we nevertheless want to speed things up where we can. Currently, 90.6% of our report components are completed in less than 72 hours.  This is actually a very good number but we're always looking to do better.  We are making some programming enhancements to our in-house order processing system that will address this. 

With regard to keeping you updated on changes in state and local laws, 78.7% of respondents rated us "Good" to "Excellent", 18.7% "Adequate" and 2.2% felt we were doing poorly. We routinely send out periodic ESS Updates when there are significant changes in laws and regulations effecting background screening.  But we agree we probably have room to improve in keeping you fully apprised.  We'll be sure to include newsworthy items in our "e-Updates", report cover sheets, Internet system home page and our newsletter.   

We discovered that over 47% of respondents reported they are not using our Internet Report Access System (IRAS).  We'd like to convert more of you to IRAS.  It's free and has many outstanding features.  For example: You can use it to track orders and view reports -- even as we are working on them. You can also order online if you like.  It stores all your faxed or uploaded documents (disclosure, employment application, resume, etc.) in one place.  You can personalize adverse action letters and review the FCRA guidelines if necessary.  Invoices can be viewed.  We have an I-9 Compliance/E-Verify module and an exciting soon to be released Applicant Tracking System.  Please contact us if you would like to take advantage of IRAS.  It's easy to set up and well worth it.
