As technology continues to evolve, Employment Screening Services, Inc. has also tried to make sure that we have the latest technology to help our clients. When ESS was first conceived, all our reports were simply mailed to our clients. Then came the fax machine, which sped up the process considerably. The fax machine is a fantastic tool but has many security problems. Now we have e-mail.
If you have an e-mail system we can send your report right to your desk with the security of your e-mail. In order to view the reports you will need to have a program from Microsoft called Snapshot Viewer. This is a free program which you can download by clicking on the link below. It is a very easy installation and should only take a couple of minutes. Click here for Installation instructions. Using this program ensures that only the people who should be seeing the ESS files can open them.
If you wish to receive reports this way, please download the Snapshot Viewer then send an e-mail to Christie Snell at christie@employscreen.com to let her know. She will update your account so your reports will be sent to you via e-mail.
We are currently testing an encryption program which will make our reports even more secure. We are in hopes of having this program ready to send out by the end of November. Watch for more information in future e-updates.

Snapshot Viewer Installation Instructions:
When you click on the link above, you will be asked if you want to install the program from its location or download it. You should download it to your desktop. After the download is complete, double click on the icon and follow the instructions for a Complete Installation. This process will only take about 2 minutes. If you are on a network, you will need Administrative Privileges in order to install the program. If you do not have Administrative Privileges, please contact your Network Administrator to help you.
